“My Random Biblical Journey“ (published by WestBow Press) is a daily devotional journal that started as a private exercise and later evolved into a guide for others. Each day features three randomly selected Bible passages, followed by Roste’s reflections on how those scriptures connect, challenge, and speak into everyday life. The method is intentionally unplanned, demonstrating how God’s voice can emerge through Scripture when readers simply open the Bible and listen.

Written in short chapters, the book can be read like a daily email from the author or used as a devotional at any pace. There is no theological jargon and no prescribed interpretation. Instead, Roste positions himself as a fellow traveler — “just a normal guy” — inviting others to join him in discovering God’s Word together. A space is also included throughout the book for readers to write their own notes and reflections..
